After spending a lot during the holidays, most of us are looking to save during the New Year, right? I don’t know about you, but I love a good bargain and Walmart is one of my favorite places to shop without breaking the bank. Here are a few reasons why I love shopping at Walmart Home. Not only for the sales, but in general!

Walmart has the latest trends for less. No need to overspend! Everything is budget friendly.
Walmart has everything you need to refresh your home and the convenience of having everything in one place is a huge plus!
Walmart products are not only beautiful, but they are of great quality so they’ll last for a very long time.

Let’s start off with this Smokeless Indoor Electric Grill, with fan! We have been using this quite a bit and I must say that I’m impressed! I was a bit nervous about using it to grill my steak because I normally use charcoal, but I couldn’t even tell the difference. Everything we’ve grilled on it came out amazingly delicious! This is a must-have in your home. Perfect for those super cold or super hot days when you don’t feel like using your outdoor grill. It is so convenient and very easy to use and clean! Get this for yourself, your dad, your mom, or your friend.

Next up is this elegant and classic 20-piece Wood Board and Silicone Baking Set! This, I’ve had my eyes on for a while and knew I had to get it, especially since it’s only $20! Yes, you read that right! The brass details with the blue and wood makes my heart smile. Definitely a staple item and one that you’d use very often. It comes with a recipe book with lots of ideas to make your next bread/pastries. Make sure to grab it before it’s sold out 🙂

After eating my delicious bread, steak, and kabobs, it’s time to weigh myself to see the damage I’ve done, lol. Just kidding! In all seriousness, one of my goals this year is to eat healthy and stay healthy *fingers crossed*. This scale is going to help me with that. It weighs your body fat, weight, BMI, etc. and has Bluetooth connectivity. You can set your goals and track them every day, week, month, or year. I love that you can connect it to a fitness app you’re already using, plus the app for the scale itself is very easy to use. If you’re on that healthy lifestyle journey, or just in need of a new scale, get this one. It’s great and under $25!

Last, but not least is this Cordless Handheld Vacuum! Not sure why I waited so long to get one, but I’m happy I did. I’ve been showing my son how to use it, so now he can clean up his own mess. Just need to get him to put his toys down when using it, lol. The vacuum is very lightweight, but powerful! It comes with several different attachments to clean every nook and cranny. Love using it to vacuum my couches, car, and places that are hard to reach with regular a vacuum. This is another must-have! For under $50, you can’t let this one go!

Walmart Home has everything you need to bring that festive vibes into your home. Their website is so user friendly which makes it super easy to find all the items you need. They offer free 2-day shipping and return on purchases over $35, and you can always find great deals online and in-store. I love the stress-free shopping experience they offer 🙂

Candle: First of all, these gift ideas are very affordable and you’ll have them for years to come. The recipients of these gifts will be very appreciative and thankful. Ok, back to the candle :). OMG, it smells heavenly! Jasmine is one of my favorite scents and I just can’t stop smelling this candle. It makes the entire first floor smells so delicious. I am definitely going to stack up on these and gift some to my son’s teachers and family members. You can never have too many candles in my book! They make your home so warm, cozy, and inviting! They always make great gifts too.

Luggage: This is one of my favorite piece of luggage! It’s lightweight and has an expansion zipper that adds extra packing space. It comes in many colors and sizes and it’s so trendy. I get a lot of compliments whenever I travel with it, which is all the time, lol.

Mini Waffle Maker & Knife Sharpener: How fun and cute are these? I got the mini waffle make for Asher, since he loves waffles! You can also make French toast, hash browns, and more with this waffle maker! I got the knife sharpener for the hubby since he’s the chef in this house. I’m sure he’ll appreciate it. I will wrap these and place under the tree for them to open on Christmas Day :).

Dinnerware: If you have been following me for the past 6 months, you’d know that these dinnerware has quickly become some of my favorites! They are so classic, elegant, and timeless. I have been using them to style on my breakfast nook for month now and will continue using them for the holidays. They are great for all year round table setting and you can always mix and match with other dinnerware. Get these for yourself first, lol. You’ll thank me later 🙂

Electric Kettle & Mini Fridge: Growing up, we used to drink a lot of tea so kettles were staples in our household. However, as an adult I’ve never owned a kettle until I purchase this one! One of the best decisions ever! My son loves hot chocolate and every time I’d have to boil water on the stove top, and it used to take so long! With this kettle you can boil 7 cups of water in under 7 mins. It has 4 one-touch settings and comes in 4 different colors. This mini fridge is one of my favorite items. I keep it in my workspace at home and it’s just so convenient! It can hold up to 6 cans and comes in more fun colors! You can also use it to store your skincare products.

Wine Bottle Opener and Preservation System: Last, but not least is this amazing product that I bought for myself and the hubby. We love our wines and we were badly in need of a preservation system. We recently traveled overseas and had a wine tasting event, and our wine educator used this very brand to open and preserve wines. If you love wines like we do, you’d love this product. I have been shopping a whole lot at Walmart Home because it’s just so convenient, especially for my busy lifestyle. I barely have time to go shopping in-store anymore, so online shopping is my thing! Walmart makes it so easy for you to browse and shop online, and I love their super fast and free shipping on purchases over $35! Also, their home selection is expansive and you can find everything you need to spruce up and elevate your home. Love the quality and price point of their products and love that you can get luxe for less 🙂

Ok, let’s talk about some of the items you can find for less during Walmart’s winter savings! First up is this amazing vacuum! It has been on top of list of things to get for a while, and I’m so happy I got it on sale! It’s a cordless wet/dry vacuum cleaner and hard floor washer. It can be used on hardwood, vinyl, laminate, tile, etc. It’s probably one of my favorite purchases this year. This vacuum has cut our cleaning time in half because of it’s dual functionality. It very lightweight and has a hands-free self-cleaning function. I 100% recommend this vacuum! Perfect gift for your home or loved one.

Here are some other vacuums that are on sale at Walmart Home! These are also top-rated and you can purchase the one that best fits your needs. I have the Dyson Ball multi floor origin upright vacuum and this thing is amazing! I’ve had it for years and I always talk about it on my IG. I use it primarily for heavy duty vacuuming, like on my thick rugs, flock from Christmas trees, and tons and tons of glitter, lol. If you have pets, a vacuum that is designed to help with pet care might be ideal for you. I also picked a hand-held vacuum for those hard to reach places and for your couches, chairs, cars, etc.

Towels: These are some of the softest towels I’ve ever felt. They are made of 100% organic cotton and highly absorbent. I love them so much that I picked up two sets, the white and the blush. They are different styles, but both have the same feel and quality. I will only buy these towels from here on out because they’re that amazing! They come in a set of six for less than $40!

Shower Curtain & Bath Rugs: I love that Gap Home is all about sustainability. This shower curtain is organic cotton and it’s very light and airy. It has a textured look and is very easy to wash. Do you have a family tradition for Thanksgiving? Every year we do a little breakfast in our nook. Thanks to Walmart, we can dine in style with these amazing pieces I picked up to design this tablescape. I love utilizing Walmart online store as they make it so easy, convenient, and stress-free to shop! Seriously, utensils goes missing around here often, so it was time to get a new set! Love these gold ones from Walmart! Again, the quality is great and they are very affordable.

Cheese Cutting Board & Knife Set: Ok guys, this is definitely a fave. It is made from natural organic bamboo and includes 4 stainless steel cheese serving utensils. This set is on my top 10 list for favorite gift ideas. You can gift it to yourself, a friend, or family member. I will be using this a lot over the holidays and afterwards. The price is unbelievable!

New Fridge Alert! Samsung 4-Door Flex with Beverage Center

Hey guys! Welcome back to my blog! Hope you all are staying safe and healthy. Today, I’m excited to share my new fridge, which is the Samsung 4-Door Flex with Beverage Center! Its modern and sleek design draws the right kind of attention and it adds a extra touch of elegance to my kitchen. This fridge has so many amazing features and I’m going share some of faves with you. Storage: This is a big deal for us and, let me tell you, this fridge delivers on that. Our previous fridge was short on storage, and we used to have a smaller fridge for extra storage, but now there’s not need for it! Both the refrigerator and freezer sections are very spacious and makes it easier to organize and find stuff. Love that the freezer has doors instead of drawers. This makes it way much easier for my 6yr old to grab items without us helping and without making a mess! He used to get frustrated when we would tell him not to go in the freezer when we had our old fridge, but now he feels like a “big” boy 🙂

New Fridge Alert! Samsung 4-Door Flex with Beverage Center

FlexZone & Flex Crisper: One of the coolest features of this fridge is the FlexZone. The bottom right storage space can be utilized as a freezer or refrigerator! Isn’t that amazing!? With five adjustable settings, you can choose to freeze some ice cream or keep your deli meats cool. This is so convenient as often times we need more refrigerator space, especially because we buy in bulk. The Flex Crisper storage drawer can be used to store veggies, meats, cheese, etc., at their optimal temperature. Samsung definitely designed this fridge with functionality in mind.

Beverage Center: Now, let’s talk about my favorite feature! It’s a game changer! You can press or pour your refreshingly cool, filtered water. I love flavored water, but my hubby doesn’t. Now we have the best of both worlds. I can infuse my water with fresh fruits, citrus wedges, or cucumber by adding them to the built-in pitcher. The pitcher automatically refills with water, so no need to worry about the daunting task of refilling it yourself.

Dual Auto Ice Maker with Ice Bites: I’m a sucker for ice bites and I love that I now have this as an option, in addition to classic ice cubes. I also love that this fridge has the ice maker in the freezer section, but yet it does not take away any storage space. It comes with a cute ice scoop and holder.

Some other features of this fridge include; UV Deodorizing Filter, CleanGuard, and Triple Cooling. Overall, this fridge has been working out great for us. We are extremely excited to have such a functional, well-designed, energy efficient, and modern fridge that fits our need. We are also saving on electricity, since we no longer need an extra fridge in the garage #winning. Mini Fridge: Ok, now let’s jump into these holiday goodness. How beautiful and neat is this fridge! OMG, it was love at first sight! I work from home and my work space is on the second floor, so I would dread going up and down the stairs for something to drink, lol. This little fridge is so convenient, as you can literally put it anywhere. You can use it to store drinks, water, skincare products, ect. It can hold up to 6 cans! You know who is also excited about this mini fridge? My son, Asher! I used to bug him to go get me something to drink, lol. It comes in a few colors and the price is unbelievable!

Glass Table Trees: These are so very pretty. I don’t think pictures do them justice. They are perfect to style on your dining table, coffee table, buffet, or even on your shelves like I did here. Love the ombre effect and the classy finish. perfect touch of glam and elegance to any space.

Throw Pillows & Throw Blanket: If you know me, you’d know that I love me some pillows and throw blankets! What better way to cozy up your home than with some of these items? They are so soft and comfy and I love snuggling up here whenever I’m taking a break from work. I’ve always said that throw pillows and throw blankets are the easier way to refresh a space. Walmart’s Wow & Now section offers fun and trendy items that can give your home an exciting and personalized touch. Walmart makes it easy and convenient for you to shop online or in store, and they offer free 2-day shipping and returns on purchases over $35. Walmart has been one of my go to places for affordable and quality decor pieces.

First up is this amazing Indoor Electric Stainless Steel S’mores Maker! My family and I love this thing! We have been using this pretty much every weekend since we got it! It’s so easy to use and easy to clean. It is so convenient because we don’t have to worry about going outside to make s’mores anymore, especially in the winter! Love that we can now make memories right from the comfort of our kitchen. It comes with 4 compartment serving trays for you to put marshmallows, chocolate, and graham crackers in, and stainless steel roasting forks. I was honestly shocked to see the price (less than $25) and then when I got it, I was even more shocked because of the quality. This would make a great gift for your family and friends, so grab a few!

Next, let’s talk about these dinnerware. I have so many dinnerware from Walmart, not only because they are super affordable, but because they are very beautiful and elegant as well. I picked up these new contemporary black & white medallion stoneware round bowl and these gold and white dishes, to style together for some contrast. I love to add my own unique flair and mix & match my dishes and bowls when creating a tablescape. You can also get the dinner plates and salad plates to match these black & white medallion stoneware bowls. They are dishwasher, microwave, and freezer safe! These are perfect for all year round.

Decor Accessories: Walmart’s Wow & Now section has a wide variety of decor items you can use to style all around your home. In the spirit of fall, I grabbed some fall florals, a wreath, some kitchen towels, candles, etc. You can see some of these items in my pictures. I love the traditional feel and these colors against my espresso cabinets just look so beautiful and elegant.

First of all, I was extremely excited about this collection and they surely did not disappoint. I’ve always been a huge fan of Gap brand, so you can only imagine the excitement I got when I heard about their Gap Home collection! Secondly, everything from the collection is beautiful, made of great quality, and affordable. The pieces are sustainable, modern, elegant, classic and timeless, which means you’ll have them for a very long time and they can be styled in your home all year long! This collection delivers timeless American style for modern living.

Walmart carries some of the best brands, and Gap Home collection is no exception. I love that Walmart have high-end pieces, but without the price tag. They make it so easy for you to shop online, their customer service is top-notch, and they offer free two-day shipping on purchases over $35! The convenience of shopping at Walmart is truly a unique experience.

Let’s jump into these bedding from Gap Home collection! I got not one, but two sets of quilts and I am planning on getting two more to style in my guest bedroom and in Asher’s room. These are the Washed Frayed Edge Organic Cotton Quilts in blue and white. They are super-soft and airy and perfect for any type of weather. I’m all about layering my bedding for comfort and coziness, so I style my bed with two quilts and lots of pillows. The quilts and shams are sold separately, so I picked up matching blue and white shams. The prices on these are shockingly inexpensive for such great quality. You definitely should grab a set or two for your home :).

The Sheets! I picked up some Solid Percale Easy Care Sheet Sets, with deep pocket. I got two sets, one white and one blush. They are lightweight and, very soft, and anti-microbial. By the way, great quality sheets are a must for me. This is one item I’m not afraid to splurge on because they make all the difference in getting a good night’s sleep. The material is also soft and it adds the perfect touch of color and texture to my bedroom. I love these colors in my bedroom, love the quality of the products, love the warm and cozy feel, and love the elegance.

Love this hydration glass water bottle with silicone sleeve and bamboo lid. I have been using it on my walks and I fill it up at nights and leave it on my nightstand. They come in a few different colors and in sets of two, so you can give one to your spouse or kiddo.

Elevate your summer tablescape with Walmart

Walmart is consistent in providing great quality items at an affordable cost. Walmart Home has so many fun pieces to spruce up and elevate any space inside and outside your home for the summer! The convenience of shopping at Walmart is a huge plus for me, especially with my busy work schedule. They even offer FREE shipping on purchases over $35! I live for free shipping, lol.

Now, let jump into this beautiful and tropical tablescape I created on my kitchen island for a little celebration for my family. Whenever I’m designing a tablescape, I always think about a theme or color combination. The color yellow screams summer to me, so these yellow melamine dinner plates were a must. This set-up is giving me tropical vibes and reminds me of my home country, Jamaica! They are lightweight but great quality. They are also available in more fun colors!

I wanted to incorporate blue, so I got some blue placemats which I then layered with some silver ones to give it a classy look. I also love layering my placemats so I couldn’t resist. You can most definitely just use the blue mats by themselves. They goes perfectly with the yellow plates. They are very easy to clean and comes in a set of 6.

This 7-piece margarita pitcher and glassware set is a must have! I could not believe the price for this set, under $20!!! Like, what!? I made some of my signature margarita for the hubby and I to enjoy! They are very durable and dishwasher safe. Love that the pitcher lip prevents ice from escaping while you pour! You’ll need these for your next hosting event, so grab a set or 2 and thank me later :).

I picked up a few white porcelain serving platter for the occasion. I got 2 large and a small and I’ll need to grab a few more. They are very classy and elegant, and are perfect for everyday use or special occasions. They are dishwasher, microwave, and oven safe. You’ll need to grab some of these too, trust me! Do you peep the 4th of July spread?

How cute are these utensils!? I love the colored handles and the sleek and elegant look. I went with the aqua/teal color to go with the blues and yellows. It comes as a 49-piece set, so if you have a large family this is perfect. I love to have extra utensils just in case some magically disappear, lol. These are great for everyday use too.

Don’t be afraid to use fun and vibrant colors in your summer tablescape! Choose you main color and then choose your second and third color, if needed. Add floral and citrus to your summer tablescape to tie everything together, like I did here. For this update, I decided to get rid of some old appliances in my kitchen and replaced them with some must-haves high-performance appliances. I’m am loving all my selections! They are so modern, beautiful, and elegant. The brass details took them to another level. I also picked up some storage containers and some florals, because organizing is a priority for me this spring, and flowers make everything better :).

Air Fryer: I don’t know about you, but as the weather gets warmer/hot I’ll be cooking less on my stove top and this air fryer will be my go-to for making some delicious meals. Look how beautiful it is! Some of the features include: a touch-activated display, can hold 5lbs of food, air fry, reheat, roast, removable non-stick crisping tray, and 60 minutes automatic shut-off. It’s very easy to clean and the pan is dishwasher safe. This is a great product to have and it will make your life stress-free! I’ve already been using this a lot, a lot!

Blender: We were desperately in need of a new blender! I have been making a lot of juices and smoothies this year, and instead of using a portable blender, this one has saved me lots of time. I can now make my juices for the week, yay! Also a very beautiful product with touch-activated display, 1 horsepower motor, holds 48oz, and easy to clean. I’m not a big fan of leaving appliances on my countertops, but these deserves all the attention and I’ll be showing them off for sure 🙂

Kettle: I’ve never owned a kettle even though I’ve always thought it was a necessary item to have. Gone are the days when I have to heat water in the microwave and burn my hands from the super hot cup handles, lol. Or, when I have to boil water on the stove top to make hot-chocolate bombs for the family. This pretty kettle can boil 7 cups of water under 7 minutes, has a one-touch button that heats water to 212 degrees Fahrenheit, keeps water warm for an hour, and has an easy-pour, no-spill spout. I also love that the kettle can be detached from the base, which makes it easier to handle.

I absolutely love all of my beautiful and stylish new appliances! These are items that I’ll have for a very long time and they’ll be used a lot. For now, I’m using my storage containers to store lemons, limes, sugar, and tea. As I mentioned before, the florals are also from Walmart Home and the kitchen towels are too, as well.

It has been almost one year since I updated my guest bedroom, and it’s only fair that I give the bathroom some TLC as well. I’ve never shared this bathroom on my social media until today, because it was just blah! Now, it’s warm, cozy, elegant, and inviting. I’ll share everything I got to make this 9x5ft guest bathroom refresh with Better Homes & Gardens at Walmart as beautiful as it is. Everything was bought online with super fast shipping. While you can shop in store for these products, I strongly encourage online shopping, as there is a wider range of products to choose from. The Mirror: Let’s jump right in with this gorgeous mirror! The old frameless mirror we had didn’t do anything for this bathroom at all, so changing it out was a no brainer. When I saw this gold metal round wall mirror, I knew it was the perfect one for this space. It is moisture resistant, lightweight, and durable. It somehow makes this tiny bathroom feel bigger. Love the gold finish and the elegant and modern look. If you’ve been following me for a while, you’ll know that I love mixing metals and I try to incorporate gold and silver in each space in my home.

The Light Fixture: Since this bathroom doesn’t have any natural lighting, the dark fixtures and hardware made it feel tight and uninviting. This LED modern vanity light is a winner. It has made such a huge difference here. I love the satin nickel finish and the clear glass shade. This fixture uses three 40W bulbs and provides sufficient lighting for this space. It also complements the faucet very well.

The Faucet: This was one of the first things I had to change in this guest bathroom. The old one was builder’s grade and it was just plain and unattractive. I love this sleek and modern two handle satin nickel faucet with mid-rise spout. It’s simple, yet so elegant. It ties back to the satin nickel light fixture and it was very easy to install!

The Etagere: As I mentioned before, this bathroom is 9x5ft so there’s not much room to store anything. I wanted to accessorize it with this beautiful 3 tier etagere, to store an extra set of towels, some magazines, and other small decor items. Couldn’t have found a more perfect storage solution for this space. I was able to put this together in about 15 minutes.

Towel Bar: Of course, no bathroom is complete without a place to hang wet towels, right? Better Homes & Gardens has a whole lot to choose from, but this one caught my eyes. It serves as a shelf and a towel bar, and it’s the ideal size for this bathroom. Again, this was very easy to install and it’s very sturdy.

This guest bathroom is completed with other items from Better Homes & Gardens at Walmart, such as, the shower curtain, the smart shower curtain rod, the bathroom rugs, the candles, the oil diffuser, and the soap & lotion dispenser. Simple changes can make a huge impact! You don’t have to break the bank to update any space in your home by shopping at Better Homes & Gardens at Walmart! I’m so happy with the way this bathroom turned out, and I can’t wait to host our first guest(s).
